Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how STRIVONDIGITAL LLC ("STRIVONDIGITAL," "we," "us," or "our") handles deposits, project cancellations and refund requests for services purchased through https://strivondigital.digital. This policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions, which govern the overall client relationship.

2. Deposits

Certain projects require an upfront deposit before work begins. Deposit amounts are outlined in the applicable project proposal or invoice. Deposits secure your place in our project schedule and reserve the time and resources needed to begin work.

3. Cancellation By The Client

You may request to cancel a project at any time by contacting us in writing. Upon cancellation:

• Any work completed up to the date of cancellation remains payable
• Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in your proposal
• Outstanding invoices for completed milestones must be settled before final files are released

4. Cancellation By STRIVONDIGITAL

In the rare event that STRIVONDIGITAL is unable to continue a project, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a pro-rated refund for any services paid for but not yet delivered.

5. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on the service type and stage of completion:

• Before work begins: deposits may be refunded at our discretion, minus any administrative or planning costs already incurred
• During active work: refunds are generally limited to the value of undelivered, unstarted portions of the project
• After delivery: completed and delivered work (such as a published website, finalized brand assets or a completed campaign) is generally non-refundable

6. Ongoing / Retainer Services

For ongoing services such as SEO, social media management or content retainers, cancellation requires written notice as specified in your service agreement. Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable, but no further charges will be made after the cancellation takes effect.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

• Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (such as domain registration, licensed stock assets, or paid advertising spend)
• Work that has been reviewed and formally approved by the client
• Custom deliverables completed according to an agreed scope

8. How To Request A Refund

To request a refund or discuss a cancellation, please contact our team using the details below. Include your project name or invoice number so we can review your request promptly.

9. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 10–14 business days to the original payment method, though timing may vary depending on your payment provider.
